My name is Hirak Mukherjee and I am from PUNE . I had applied for a coffee machine for my cafe : Cafe H&H back in December 17,
However due to some circumstances I had to close the cafe hence on 9th April I cleared all the formalities including agreed for the total refund amount as well...hence stamped and gave the documents to an Employee name Jigar Bipin Pandya jigar.[protected]@coffeeday.com...
He assured me that the amount will be refunded by 30-40 days.
Now he has been shifted to Nagpur and on his place there is a person by the name Shivam Redkar who is working on my case on his behalf, Today after 43 days I get a reply from Shivam that on my last refund document... everything is there apart from my Refund account details... because of which I have to give them my account number and IFSC details and it will take another Month..I called u Jigar Bipin who seems very casual that he also don't remember if I entered the account details...Now this is absolutely unacceptable...how can a employee who is aware of his Job can miss something because of which there will such a huge delay...Why didn't he told this to me the same day when I handed over the refund documents to him after signing..
Request you to please escalate this to the highest level as I am not ready to unnecessary wait for another Month for something we're your employee didn't do a part of the job..
Today is 11th July still no refund money from CCD These people don't care about anyone.. but I am suffering so much as I am in a very bad financial condition
