Dear miss celine and the team customer care
I am currently sitting in the ccd cafe embassy jay bharati wadala mumbai. I am treated very badly, humiliated by the restaurant manager mr kambli. I was awaiting for the friend hence i was sitting in ccd, then mr ravi kambli approached and started shouting at me. He said why are not you placing order and abused me.
I requested him to talk to me properly. I am a customer and the ccd is not completely full and i am placing my order. He again shouted with aggressive looks on his face. I stood up calmly, went to counter and placed order for cappuccino and paid and requested me why he has treated m in this humiliating manner. Again he was furious and was angry with me. I asked him to give me the email and number if possible so that i can report this incidence. However he did not gave me that. I am frequently coming to this ccd since last three years. However this incident was most humiliating and disgusting. His behaviour is danger to the customers.
Do we come to your cd to get this treament? Are we entitled to this punishment by the cafe manager? Is'nt it affect my social image? Is ths the way we should be treated? Kindlly look in to the matter. I have not reacted otherwise he would have been violent too with me. I placed the order for cappuccino and he has biiled me for cafe americano and sent me the cafe americano. His mental balane is lost i think. I have requested the person that i did not order for the cafe americano. Then he replaced it with cappuccino.
I humbly request you to kindly look in to the matter. You have already lost one regular customer. I am not hurriedly putting this incident in the social media. However if i do not get the response from your side., then i may have to put this bitter coffee experience on the social media.
