Land line (No:[protected] was surrendered/disconnected on 09.05.2017 and refund of security deposit was claimed on 26.08.2018.
Agm admin north had mailed me on 24.01.2019 that i would get refund of rs.1731.00 on this account.
However, till date i have not received any refund although as per bsnl statutory norms i am supposed to get refund within 60 days from the date of surrender/disconnection of bsnl land line.
Matter has been reported to all concerned but that was of no avail.
