Call Center [protected] Ss Service — Fraud done by SS Service through its Call Center [protected]

This is to inform that SS Service through its Call Center [protected] has cheated me. Detailed of the case is represented below:

My AC became faulty as it was not cooling, i searched in internet for Blue Star call centre no. This SS Service pretended as Blue Star and registered a service request when i called their toll free no. [protected] on[protected]. Next day a person named Rahil whose mobile no. [protected] came and told that Gas of Ac is leaked and Gas refilling and service is to be done. To make AC coil leak proof some coating is also to be done. For whole package with six month warranty, total cost is Rs 3800/- I agreed to the proposal and asked to do repair work. Rahil has done the repair work and I paid him Rs 3800/-. When asked for bill he told me that it will be available on mail.
Surprisingly, in next 5-6 days the a/c again became faulty and stopped cooling. I chased Mr. Rahil and toll free no. [protected] since then, but they are not paying any attention on my complaints. On daily basis i have called to them and they randomly saying that today they are coming and that today is not coming for me from last 10-15 days.
In view of this stringent punitive action by appropriate authority may be taken in liu of committing fraud with me. And refund of my money paid to them may be done.
