[Resolved] Can Fin Homes — Delaying - outstanding letter

Hi, Loan number ;[protected] Applicant name : Sumithra M Co_Applicant name :Revanth M I have submitted letter on July 13th 2022 for getting outstanding letter to close a loan. Still I'm not getting outstanding letter. When I called to customer service they informed that because of subsidy your process was delaying and as well as when I went to branch they also informed same. Due to some issue I'm not able to go with subsidy, I want to close my loan, It was already 50 days completed after i submitted the letter. Sep 10, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Still i didn't get response from bank end Can Fin Homes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 12, 2022 Updated by Reva122 I'm not getting response form bank end . It was 59day completed after i submitted letter for outstanding letter. Im going to pay second EMI tomorrow after requested for outstanding letter. Can you please help me on this .
