Sir, this is charan i have ordered the boat stone 650 bluetooth wireless speaker on 3rd of jan 2020 and that i have cancle the order they have sent the message 4 jan 2020. We have initiated the amount and they sent the reference number i have contacted the bank customer branch is (Viveknagar).
Sir, amazon saying ur amount has kept on hold i[censored] want contact the bank customer care i have called them 3 times amount has no yet credited...

regarding not refunding of the amount issued from amazon and its been almost 4 months and proper response even after contacting several times

As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 30 th september 2019 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number...

refund not received in bank account

Amazon confirms payment of rs. 610 with a reference number. Since i told them that my passbook is not reflecting the money, they told to contact bank with the reference number. I couldn't contact the customer care number and so registering the complaint here. The screenshot of the email from amazon informing about the reference number is attached herewith. refund not provided by bank

My ordered room heater was cancelled by amazon due to lack of stock and succeeding that amazon done all its refunding formalities (Reference number - 40zx1yrc0000k3y3pt91) but no notification about the refund was provided by canara bank nor any money was credited to my account hence the bank should provide notification about the refund or should credit the money to my account as soon as possible.
My debit card last 4 digits:-2388...

where's my refund amount?

I have purchased an item from amazon.
I also returned that item.
As per thay are saying thay have initiate my refund 22/11/2019, but till now the amount is not deoosited in my account.
Thay are also providing me refund reference number. I have tried to contact customer care much more time, but they are not giving me any kind if resolution.

I ordered 2 products on 15 dec and 22 dec in cash on delivery method
Echo dot which is rupees 3499 and 4999
And returned them both
And from till now i'm not get my refund to my account
Amazon is initiated the amount to my account
But bank is informing that they will not receive any amount
I just request to help me to get my amount safely to my account...

mulo neckband and still not getting my refund amount

very slow work

I have open account in your bank two months ago my account is not active till now and every time i come to your nallasopara east branch the passbook printer is not working it's my 4th time when passbook printer is not working. Also bank staff is very lazy they do not work properly. They don't provide information properly. And the staff over there are least bothered about the problems faced by the customers. Payment of rs.2460 made by using atm on 14//06/2019 to maharashtra state electricity distribution co. Ltd. Was debited from my a/c no[protected] of canara bank dombivli (West) code 0249 is not paid to the concerned party and not reverted to my account. I have made written complaint to the branch, reminded them no of times but no action so far. I had also complaint to the banking ombudsman but without any result....

amount debited from bank but transaction failed

I was transferring amount of Rs. 1050/- through phone pay to a person phone pay is showing transaction has been failed but amount was debited from my account it is not yet credited to my account or to transferee account within 24 hours. I waited for 24 hours and raised ticket with phone pay but did not get any response and I even I call to bank their response also negetive. Please help to solve the issue and refund the amount debited....
