Canara Bank — Fraudulent actions in my saving account

Recently, I opened a bank account in Canara bank regarding job purpose. I have been instructed to register my own account with the number which is being provided to me by the authority. So, I did the same and registered their number through my saving account. Today, I received a message from CKYCRR and a 14- digit reference number is being provided to me from Canara bank.
But, I didn't file any request regarding online KYC so how is it possible that I received CKYCRR record bearing reference number by CERSAI.
Therefore, I request you yo please check my acc. and if any fraud transactions, mutual funds, stock markets, loans are going to get transaction then please cancel all the request as well as permanently close my saving account.
