Canara Bank — my payment was declined

I payment to swiggy on 7 january 2020 but payment was declined but i did not get back my money yet and no one is helping me in this matter not swiggy not bank and amazon becauase i did payment with amazon pay through net banking... Transaction id is... P[protected] i am helpless i want to know why my account is not reflected of on 7 jan 2020 my order was not succesful and transaction became declind so why i did not get back my money
