Canara Bank. — Refund not processed

I make a payment of₹2520at Big Bazaar but the money was deducted from my bank account but the transaction was failed at 06/06/2020. Many time I contact to customer care but they are not helping me I go to my home branch but again same they are not helping me for my money refund .I hereby request u to pls solve my problem as soon as posible . In this crisis time money is very important to fulfil my need kindly do need full .My reference no[protected] .
