Canara Bank — refund not processed in my canara bank account

I had ordered a earphone from amazon for 709 and payment made by canara bank debit card and i cancelled the order l. According to amazon the amount is initated on 9th of jan 2020 and will rake five business days to reflect in my account which is 17 of jan but till now i haven't recived my refund.
