I am a senior citizen aged 87 years.
I have been trying in vain to register an online complaint to dispute the transaction for the last 1 week since 15th and unable to do so due to website error.
The nature of dispute is as follows
On 8/7/2021 0221 pm, I had made a purchase through the website www.utility-store.com for a product - PEst reject for Rs. 399 and
The same was paid through my cancard (mastercard) [protected]. account number[protected]
After waiting for nearly a week and after receiving no intimation, I tried in vain to contact them through email, for which there was no response,
The payee mentioned in the SMS received was PayU Gurgaon
On 21/7/2021, I sent them an email with a copy to cancard services, wherein I received a message asking to file a complaint, which is what this is.
Accordingly I wish to dispute the above said transaction.
Kindly help me get the credit for the same
