Cancellation Of Asianet Cable Connection — cancellation of asianet cable connection

I was having an asianet cable connection at aluva.
Now i got transferred. So Please cancel my cable connection vide no GB91018370. I was not using the cable connection for last one month but i am asked to pay dues for may.. Dont know y.. Also i was asked to return the set top box
fot free which i was purchased by remitting nearly[protected]. please cancel the connection
