I have placed an order to buy gold jewellery from https://www.candere.com, order number : 162955 with following details purity: 22k, expected delivery date:after full payments, received - august 06, 2019, coupon code (Bachat) - rs. 3, 114.00, promotional wallet amount - rs. 100.00, insurance amount rs. 88.00, grand total rs. 17, 639.00, paid via payment method rs. 4, 410.00, total paid rs. 4, 410.00, balance amount payable rs. 13, 229.00. I did 4 installments and setteled full amount. I was told that rs :2967 additional needs to deliver my product since additional metal is added to my earing. They also initimated me that "we request you to kindly ensure that the payment is completed within 48 hours or we will be forced to cancel your order from our end and there will be 10% cancellation charges on total order value and balance amount will be refunded in same mode of payment.", but these are not informed while placing the order. I was ready to get my payment even after deducting 10% charge. The executive mailed me that he initiated the refund request of rs.15578/- post 10% deduction charge on june 27 and the refund would be completed within 10 to 14 working days.
