I have ordered a nutella 750g jar for 550 rupees on this site but i got wrong item, the number given on site for customer service is switched off(+91 [protected]) and they are not replying to my email ( [protected]@candymania.in)

I have order for 2 Nutella jars and Tim Tam biscuits on 23rd May from CandyMania's website. I have not yet received it. There is absolutely no response from them regarding order updates. No tracking. Their number is switched off. I have relentlessly emailed them for an update but no response as yet. Ridiculous service. I need to know if I m the only customer who faced. Or are they actually fulfilling order or a fraud company?

I received a Lindt litador chocolatefrom candymania but i got a Nestle coffee powder . Contact no is also switched off
