Can't Tell — Huge number of mosquitoes

It's been months that we are facing this issue mosquito problem. Why no action has been taken. Why fumigation is not done till now. Please can't sleep . People can't even stand out for a second. Please sir it's a humble request, please fumigate Vikaspuri we are facing lot of problems
