Capfront Technologies Private Limited — loan amount debit refund

I had taken personal loan from loanfront aplication (Capfront technologies private limited). Loan amount 2537 rupee for a tenure of 15 day. I paid all amount with trancation fee 2549.98 rupee in two time by upi transfer. But couldn't clear my loan. And two time payment has receive loan company with all trancation fee (2549.98+2549.98=5099.96 total rupee) and 5099.96 rupee debit my bank accont by upi trancation. Customer support has been not pick up call and not reply email, messenger.
Plz help me refund my all debit amount.
