[Resolved]  Capgemini — Security deposit not received

I stayed at Colive Columbus from June 1st 2024 to Aug 31st 2024. With one month prior notice I had vacated the property on Aug 31st 2024. Its been almost 2months and I haven't received my security deposit. To make matters worse, they're sending legal notice messages on whatsapp.
And I didn't understand the final settlement, in that they're deducting separation charges for 10days and on top of it 1500 rupees extra for repair charges though I haven't done any sort of damage. Worstly for E-bill they're deducting 1230 rupees as well. I had Re-opened a ticket (SR420138) on the clarification and its been almost 3weeks no one has contacted me yet.
Please resolve my issue asap.
