Honda cars india ltd. — service related complaint against capital honda - pondicherry

I own a honda city vx model 2015 reg: py 05 a0041. I have gone to capital hondai on 19th nov. 2016 for removal of back door dent which was covered under honda assure icici lombard insurance. I got the delivery date on 25th nov 2016 and i have paid an advance of four thousand rupees for a spare part that has to come. When i called them on 25th i. E yesterday, they simply said that it may take another two days. I feel that they should have mentioned earlier about this time delay. I'm a doctor by profession and i had to run hardly 100 kms everyday to my office and my clinic. I feel sick of this issue n dissatisfied. Same thing happened at my last service.. Dr. K.
