Capital Hyundai Sector 58 Noida — Accent a/c service

Dear sir,
I strictly want to compaint about the workshop of noida sector 58 capital hyundai. I have the vehicle accent bearing registration no, dl10ca9054 i have gone for a/c camp general checkup on 22nd of may 2017, they told me to wait only for two hours but it didnt happend they awaited me for 6 hours
Secondly the service advisor told me that sir youe vehicle didnt have a/c gas and it need of a/c service i have given the approval then company didnt have the a/c gas in the workshop then why they called me for a/c check up and i told the advisor when there is no gas then how my a/c system is running and it is giving the cooling he said sir pata nahi ok fine
Thirdly i again sent my vehicle fora/c then they said your vehicle is fine sir your grill temeperature is 4.2 degree coming i said him please open the dash board and do full a/c service then after a after 10 minutes only he said sir aapka system black ho gaya meri koi gurrantee nahi ha aap batokya karo. And then i said him do my a/c system working i dont know how you want to do, its your fault when you have done the a/c service why u didnt tell me at that time, i will not goint to bear this then he said chalega sir one season toh nikal hi dega i said ok, at the time of delivey they broke my mic lock and diffuse my reverse camera even that on 22nd may the gm and service manager did picking up the call and after that when i denined to pay the amount of labour they frequently called me the dgm

I want the solution and my a/c system and camera i needed to be working i dont know how by hook or by crook and i will not going to give any single peeny except 1800inr last bill amount
