Hello,

My Loan account number is 3543614 ( Amount 2735 ) ., 8 month EMI and its 8th Month..(Final payment - March ) ...I always keep money in bank account for ECS clearance but they always send collection executive to collect the money and i paid all 7 months..

Now they are saying that some problem with ECS clearance and i need to over pay due to bounce etc and REALLY REALLY Rude talk from Chennai Branch...Treating like beggar ever worse then that...

I better file a complaint legally rather then paying Bounce etc payments after this worst talk...

I really expect some sort of reply for this email...All this experience is very very frustrating
