[Resolved]  Bmw X1 — Improper service

My name is M.L Makhija and unfortunately i am a BMW x1 owner. It was a dream car and I was enjoying the experience. Then a few things started happening which at first did not seem serious but then after my most recent horrible experience, I find quite disturbing and shocking.
There was a problem with the steering feeling heavy and the vehicle dragging to the left side. At first it was dismissed by the dealership asking me to check typre pressures and the like. I thought I was going crazy, but the car being a BMW, I thought perhaps I was just over zealous. And at the end nothing was done to that.
On 2 june 1 A.M,I almost have died in a near fatal incident involving sudden vehicle failure of my BMW X1. I was driving on the highway with my family near to no were, I stopped my vehicle just to buy some water and after that when i tried to start my vehicle it was not starting up...and all the lights started fluctuating. I called toll free services and my vehicle was towed to nagpur service centre. I was quite sure that my car will get fixed soon as it was big brand car, but they told us that parts are not available and it will take 8 days to get fixed. As i was not able to stay in nagpur for 8 days because my expenses were to high and i was not able to afford to stay in nagpur for that long period so said them to deliver my vehicle to bhopal back to my residential place and they refused. Any how fixed my vehicle and said not turn off the vehicle till you reach your destination. And then we were on our way to bhopal. Till 200-250km we were bit satisfied about this assuming "it happens thing" but after that our tyre part get tiered out after 25 km car was not able to move even for a inch. Kindly assure us a better service,this is the last warning we are giving to you. Your services and dealers don't even bother that vehicle is running or not,they only get serious at time of payment.
