Car Dekho — fraud by saying that there is an offer

Hi i have been notified an offer of 598000 on cardekho website on 20/11/2019 and asked to pay 999 rupees to book the vehicle

The offer was on swift vxi amt variant and has beeen given an order confirmation id of[protected]

And when i contacted on the given dealer number they are saying that the offer mentioned is not available

I tried reaching to the customer care number which is not connecting me to anyone on the other end

Yesterday i got a call back from car dekho saying that the offer is pakka available and i can contact on the maruti dealers contact number.

Again the dealer denied the availability of any offer like that
