[Resolved]  a-z document,delhi — regarding fraud of driving licence money

Sir,I am Praveen Narayan jha,a student of ballb. the Facts of my case are as below:

1)Few days ago,i called justdial to get information about driving licence agent as i am in need of driving licence and as a result i was contacted by some a-z documents as they said they could help me in getting driving licence.I refused initially but since they called me almost every few hours, at last out of frustration i told them to send their agent to pick my documents from my home.

2) on 18 june 2013, they send their agent to my house,he took my documents along with 1200 rs and said that they will contact me soon for the purpose of my driving licence.

3)sir after collecting my money they told me that my DL would be made at sheikh sarai authority whereas i live in mahavir enclave which comes under janakpuri's jurisdiction, despite that i went to sheikh sarai authority after travelling for 2 and half hours, but when i reached there i could not find any of their agent there,i called them they made me wait for 5 hours but none of their agent arrived then i came back home after travelling for 2 and half hours

4) after that i asked for refund of my money which they refused

5)sir, i need my 1200 in addition to my convence charges from a-z documents,please hel me get my money back.Their agents name who came to my home is Arvind and his no. is [protected].

6)sir they committed a fraud as they did not mention about sheikh sarai authority which is very far from my home and they refused to return my money despite not sending their agent to help me on the spot.
