[Resolved]  Mahakali Motor Training School — Unprofessional Behaviour and Incomplete Classes

Dear Consumer Forum,

I had enrolled in Mahakali motor training school for a refresher course on the 14/06/2013. (Receipt no 307 for remaining balance Payment of Rs 1650 out of total Payment of Rs. 4650).

At the time of admission I told verbally that if I am absent due to some unforeseen events, my classes shall be adjusted.

I was out of town for week due to some personal unavoidable circumstances and my classes were rescheduled, But again I was not well this time for three days and without informing me even for once my attendance was marked present for all these three days.
I had called in the office for making a polite enquiry but the management was very rude to me and herald abuses at me over the phone. I have decided to forgo my remaining 8 classes ( of the total 20 classes for this reason).

I don't want my money back but I want such people to be accountable for such unprofessional and unethical behaviour.

Its high time that common people like us are not cheated and insulted by these kind o[censored]nethical people.
