Car Loan Noc — noc not received even after 4 months of loan payment

Hi team,

I am writing to you for contract number - rjjujhsv00308 / customer nr - rjsv016604.
We foreclosed the car loan for innova (Rj18 ta 5100) in june 2019 and applied for noc simultaneously. But we are yet to receive the noc from hinduja finance.

When we contact the local office we keep getting input that we are waiting for answer from jaipur. It has already been almost 4 months now. For how long will this continue?

Neither we have been informed about anything pending from our end! Whatever formalities have been asked we have duly completed them.

Can you please provide the noc for this contract at the earliest?
