[Resolved]  CAR PARKING OWNER AT MAHILA CHIKITSALAYA,SANAGANERI GATE,JAIPUR — UNAUTHORIZED PARKING CHARGES BY CAR PARKING OWNER

Dear Sir, I have parked my Car RJ 14 CW 7253 in Mahila Chikitsalaya, Sanganeri Gate, Jaipur for one hour. They have asked me to pay Rs 30 for the parking. Then I told them, In the Govt Institute there were no such high charges are there. Then how can you can ask for 30 Rs. Then I told ok, Can you give me the slip to 30 Rs. Then they told yes and they have showen me a slip of 30 Rs on which Name of Mahiila Chikitsalya in not printed. They I opposed to pay Rs 30. Then they told me ok you can pay Rs 20 and go. Then I have paid them Rs 20 and they gave me a slip of 20Rs on which Name of Mahila Chikitsalay is written. Then I saw there were no board displaying the car parking charges.Sir, Police PCR VAN was also standing there, I went to them and told the matter. They told me to go the nearest police statin for these. Then I went to the nearest police station and lodge a complaint for this. But no proper action has been took by them till date. I have placed one RTI also against the police for their action. But I found that they have not taken any proper action and they gave me answer that, " The shift was change in the morning when you have parked your car in the morning and by mistake they took Rs.20 instead of Rs.10." Dear Sir, I want to make in your notice that, The police had not taken any proper action because they also don't want. The car parking owner is charging heavily to all the customers. I request you to, You visit personally there and see what they are doing.
