Careeroverseas — i am complaining about service which was not provided by careeroverseas & not returned my money back

Dear sir/ma'am,

My name is naimur rehman khan. I wish to say that i had paid careeroveresea (Consultancy) inr 50000+tax for german job seeker visa & job assistance and inr 2360 for eer test. I paid these inr 50000+tax in 3 installment starting first installment of inr 20000 in july and last installment in nov 2018. I started my conversation with guarav mishra, employee of careeroverseas, but after some days he was not picking my phone. I was in depression & after few days i knew that he has left that company without any information to me. After that seema tyagi was looking my case till end. During period from august to nov 2018, they suspended my crm many time and lost my data each time.

Time was going on and each employee of career overseas was neither replying nor picking my phone. They were unable to provide any slots for document submission for job seeker visa. I wrote them many time but they were not providing any proper reason. At last seema picked the phone and she told me to apply for refund as career overseas unable to do your work.
May first week 2019, i applied for refund after few days they sent a link for refund. I applied refund on 20th 20 may 2019. They replied in crm "the usual process time is 90 days and you will receive the final communication before date 18 aug 2019". After that they suspended my crm and all crm data vanished. During these period i was unable to call them as they bared my no to call them. Wrote them many time but they hardly replied twice or thrice.in august i received a parcel in which they wrote that your refund is rejected as we provided service but you filled for refund. So, we can not provide you single penny.

They blackmailed me, as seema told me for refund as they were unable to provide service but when i applied for the same they rejected my refund. Since that time i am in depression. I lost inr 60000 & another inr 50000 in learning german language which was suggested by career overseas. I renewed my passport one year earlier, as they told me that no less than one year of passport validity for jo seeker visa.

Now, they rejected my refunds while refund requested was advised by career overseas itself. I have lost my precious one year and more than one lakh & this consultancy is in relax mode.

I want your favor as i do not have any other option.
