[Resolved] Careersbeam.com — Cheated me for fake job and take money

Careersbeam.com took money (Rs. 360000/-, three lakhs sixty thousend rupees) from 01 January 2022 to 24 January 2022 and arrange interview. But till now can not provided me a Job. One of executive Mr. Sourav Dixit (co ordinater for the fake job institutions), assure me several date to confirmed the job and provided the appoinment latters from companys, but they could do anything in last one year. Mr. Sourav Dixit assure me through mail that with in 15 December 2022, they return back my money as they could not provide me a job. As I am facing financial problem, I want to get return my total money (Rs. 360000/-, three lakhs sixty thousand rupees) immediately. This is very urgent. I cheated Careersbeam.com. As per discussion, they refund me Rs. 52000/- (Fifty two thousand Rupees) and rest amount will refund shortly.
As they continue communicated with me and refund some amount, hence they are not fraud.
