I went to see movie kabir singh on date 23/6/2019 at carnival cinema jamnagar for 2:45 pm show.
While entrance, parking boy ask for 10rs parking fees.
But as per gujarat cinema act 2004, multiplex should have parking facility.
Snap of the same is attached herewith.
Also toilet facility and drinking water is not as per rules and regulations.
So please resolve the matter.
