I purchased carrier ac inverter model in the month of sept 2019 and it was un season for using ac. Hence used one or two times. After that in the month of march 2020 i started using and the cooling was less. I thought because of hot summer and i stay in 5th floor, cooling was less.
Meanwhile, corona started and shops closed. I tried calling the contact numbers given in the invoice, brochure and none of the calls working and few numbers not exist.in the month of april i tried again but noting happened. Again in the month of may searched in google and found some contact numbers of head office in the third week of may technician came and he checked the system and said first he is not able to understand the real problem.
Over phone he called some body and asking why this problem is coming. After that i thought the technician who came to me is technically week. After that the very next day i called hyderabad office[protected] and they gave mr. Tyagaraj technician number[protected].
After that mr. Tyagaraj came and said sir this is coil problem and needs to replace. After two days there was no information when they will receive. Again contacted hyderabad office and they said to call mr. Koteswar rao on[protected]. Contacted him and he said placed order already 3 days before and u will get shortly. I don't understand whats the meaning of shortly.
After that i called hyderabad office and discussed on issue and she said sir please give me 5 times time because the manager is in meeting and will intimate on this. After 10 min i called and no body picked call. Next day i called mr. Koteswar rao and he said sir part has to come from pune. Initially he said from hyderabad and after few days he said from pune. Then i asked again to give his boss number and had a con call with his boss. He said he will update on this. But no updation happened.
Then i went to sono vision and met mr. Balu who is the store manager and explained about my problem and follow up happened for the past 10 days. He said he will call next day and said that he spoke with the carrier people and part will reach tirupati after 4 days.
My queries
1. First of all my query why should sono vision which is well know selling false products to the customers.
2. Why people are promoting such false products to the customers rather than promoting / focusing quality of products like lg, tata, samsung.
3. Why should i needs to do this much follow up for my new ac.
4. Else you feel that money of the customer is not your money.
5. How can product of 6 -7 months old got damage of internal products with out using much. It means the parts internally used of low quality and collecting high money from customers.
6. I literally begged company people to provide a solution for my problem as i stay in 5th floor in my apartment and that too summer with 43-47 degrees. Till now 12-13 days and really fed up.
7. I got 2 kids and they are not sleeping because of heat and requested company people to solve my problem.
8. I am also submitting details of bill and also i checked with many of my friends they said they are hearing first time that ac is failure in 6 months.
