The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I purchased a window AC of the Carrier company from the dealer on 08-7-13. It started malfunctioning from the start of this season. I made several complaints then it was attended by the customer care and uninstalled the machine and took away on 02-06-14. The complaint was registered with complaint no. 91244567. There after the AC is with the service center and I am getting no response from them. We are suffering in the hot summer without...
