Car was delivered to me on 16th December 2012 and after a weak when was dusting my car some paints come in my hand with duster,then I see there is hole in the roof of car, Means there was paint on whole. which was unable to see at the time of delivery. and in this way they people have delivered me defective car
they are talking that it should be complain then and that time, Kindly note if hole is covered through paint then how can i know, whenever I found I informed them in spite of that they are not giving proper solutions instead of misinterpretation

Hyundai Motor/ i10 Car — False Delivery Promise
I have booked Hyundai i10 Era 1.1, colour Deep Ocen Blue with A-1 Hyundai Mumbai, India on 26th Aug. 2008.Entire payment was done by 30th Aug, 2008 and i was promise to deliver the vehicle within 15 days time.Now, since it is close to a month, but I have not received delivery of the vehicle. By making phone calls to A-1 Hyundai, i am not getting any positive reply from them & they are just making false promises. When I visited them on 19th Sept, 08 they said that they do not have stock of my require color vehicle & it will take another 3 week time to deliver the car. I was shocked by their reply. I have never expected this kind of harassment from company like Hyundai Motors or its dealer. They should have inform this to me at the time of booking. (This is a kind of cheating )
Further, they are telling me if you want car urgently, you take megna model by paying Rs. 25000/- extra. Why the hell should I pay Rs. 25000/- extra, to get higher model.After all its my hard earn money.This is first time in my life i am buying a new car & also very soon my daughter is getting married, due to which I wanted this car desperately on time.
I am very disappoint with Hyundai Motor services & feel like i have been cheated by Hyundai motor & its dealer by making false delivery promise.
