Dear Concern,
I have puchased a Mahindra Quanto C-6 model in the month of Mar'13,from the very first month i am complaining that there is a major problem of AC filter choke is there in the product,your service center people are also addmiting the same but since last 3 months they are saying that we are receiving so much complaints from other customers also ,company is working on it but till date i have not recieved any satisfactory answer or action.
I have also visited your both the service stations twice but always they clean the filter and say company is working on it.
I want to ask from the company that i have invested 8 Lac INR in this product which is defected,company is doing RND on it,Is it customer fault
When my car will become old then you will say that its a old product you have to pay to get it resolved.There is something called after sales service,do u think so ??
I want this issue resolved on immediate basis,else please do me a favour by returning this bogus product which you have missold me.
