[Resolved]  Senor Metals Pvt. Ltd — Jaguar problem.

Dear Sir, We wish to bring to your kind attention recent problem that we have faced with Jaguar XF brand. 1) Car owner : Rasiklal C Shah 2) Jaguar Model : XF Vehicle Regn No: GJ 10 BG 9020, VIN NO. : SAJAC0651CNS39404. This car was purchased under Invoice no 4, dt[protected] and complete payment done. 3) Kms run : Approx, 7000 4) Problem : • Incident: 01 In January 2013 there was a issue relating to the Tyre and rim and they has Provided L- shaped spanner with the car was of oversized. During that incident also Rasikbhai C Shah had reported defect in rim and tyre. This was ignored by cargo motors and on chargeable basis the rim and tyre were changed. • Incident :02 Recently in Sep 2013 similar problem happened in larger scale while travelling at night Rasikhai’s Son Mr. Atul R Shah encountered crack in one tyre and he changed it and continued travelling and within 30 minutes he faced second crack in another tyre. He parked the car at road side and could not get help so travelled to Ahmedabad taking a lift from a truck driver. Next day he came with extra tyre and tried to drive but shortly he faced bulging on the third tyre. Thus within 500 kms four tyres defects came up, 3 faced crack and one bulging. This was reported to Cargo Motors workshop at Opp. Octroi Naka.P.O.Aslali, Jaguar & Land Rover Ahmedabad-382 427, India +[protected] and car is with them and the report given to us we don’t accept. Jaguar car is a premium car and such defects are not expected in the product. The Tyres and rim are defective. 5) Our concerns : Defect in design of rim and tyre and request for replacement of them 6) Actions Taken : a) Wrote to customer care India, UK. No satisfactory response b) Jaguar website does not list contact details of offices of Jaguar c) No satisfactory response from the responsible person received d) We request for contact details of 10 to 15 customers using Jaguar XF so as we share this problem with them to Cargo motor and Jaguar UK This is the status of customer care of world famous brand.
