Cars24 services pvt ltd did a fraud with me of rs 20, 000.

I was looking to buy a used car, and i submitted my all docs to cars24 services pvt. Ltd. To get the car financed.

Cars24 executive (Sonu from omaxe store, gurgaon) did many false commitments to me that they will finance my car at 13% rate of interest and he asked me to submit a token amount of rs 20, 000. But after my submitted of rs 20, 000 he told me that the rate of interest is 26% which is very very high as compare to other banks.

Now they are not picking my calls and not refunding my rs 20, 000. They did fraud with me of rs 20, 000 and also doing fraud with people.

I need my rs 20, 000 back as i didn't buy any car from them. I have a proof of money deposited of rs 20, 000 to cars24 services pvt. Ltd on 29th feb 2020.

Car registration number: dl7ct2692

If required i can submit the proofs of rs 20, 000 transferred to cars24 services private ltd.

Updated by dhiman_yog Cars24 is doing fraud with people by submiting Rs 20, 000 token money and then they are financing the car at 26% Rate of Interest which is very very very HIGH as compare to other banks. They are not refunding my Rs 20, 000 and not picking my calls.

Cars24 Executive, Sonu from Omaxe location, Gurgaon done many false commitments with me that car will get finance at 12% rate of interest, but after submitting my money of Rs 20, 000 token, he told me that rate of Interest will be 26% . This is really fraud and they are not refunding my money.

I don't need your apology, I need my Rs 20, 000. Your Regional Manager, Sonu from Omaxe Store, Gurgaon, did all the false commitments to me and now you are not refunding my Rs 20, 000. Are you a small company or a Biggest Fraud company of India who is not refunding my Rs 20, 000 even I have not purchased anything from you. You are behaving like a robbers and just saying only one thing that money is Non-refundable, why so?? Are you like a Chor company?? then Why MS Dhoni is promoting your Chor Company???

Cars24 is a fraud company. Cars24 Manager did false commitments with me and you robbed my Rs 20, 000. Why didn't you tell me before my deposit of Rs 20, 000 that you will finance me the car at 26% rate of interest???
You're doing fraud with people by your ### policies. You robbed my Rs 20, 000 and your company is number 1 fraud company. You are not refunding my money even I have not purchased any car from you.
Why Cars24 manager did false commitments to me that rate of interest will be 12-13 % before depositing my Rs 20, 000??? And after that he said rate of interest is 26%??? Why you robbers befooling the people and robbing their hard earned money by showing your ### policies????

Cars24 is a Fraud Company. Cars24 ek number ki Chor Company hai.

Cars24 ek number ki Chor company hai. Yeh Fraud company hai, logo ka paisa lekar bhagti hai yeh company. Token Money Rs 20, 000 vapis nahi karti yeh FRAUD company.

Inse car kabhi bhi mat kharide and na hi inko apni car beche. Yeh aapko loot lenge.

Bcos they finance car at 26% rate of interest, and they will say 12-13% before submitting the token money.

But on submission of token money of Rs 20, 000 they will say that car will be finance at 26% rate of interest. They are befooling people and looting their money. After that they will not refund your money.

It has been more than 1 month that they have not refund my money of Rs 20, 000 . Ab yeh call nahi pick kar rahe meri and na hi refund kar rahe hai money.

Attach is the payment proof i made to them of Rs 20, 000.

Ek number ki Chor company hai Cars24. Kabhi bhi car mat kharidna inse and na hi sale karna agar nuksan nahi chahte ho apna toh.
