Today the car was to pick me up to go to PUNE. Booking was done a week back. First I get a call in the morning to confirm the address. Then after an hour we get an email and sms stating that car is not available. I was stranded and had to cancel my trip to PUNE. In the process I have lost business owing to the business meeting not materialising. On the top of it Carzonrent has my payment made through credit card. This is a clear case of deficiency of service for which I will take the matter to Consumer Court if not compensated. Was this information helpful? |
