Ordered three items on 10th May. While ordering, I also enquired about two things - Casetify cases and iPad cases, which he sent me photos of and within the same hour, also put story highlights of those two things. First warning bell. Ordered my things without thinking much. Checked the page the next day. Comments were turned off/ limited. Number of likes were also hidden. Second warning bell. I did get my invoice the same day. But with no tracking ID, which was given to me after weeks of pestering, which he said was delayed because of the elections. The tracking ID never worked until I complained to the courier service and they fixed it - the tracking ID he sent me was for a shipment of December 2023 - he send me a fake tracking ID. I told this to him and then kept asking everyday about an update. Now he has either gone offline or blocked my number. The misbehaviour of the individual is more significant than the amount in this case. I’ve dealt with shady people and Instagram pages and this dude is neither good at being shady nor is he good in being legitimate and I will visit Mumbai with friends in the next month.

This is a follow up of my complaint. After my complaint, the owner Mr Rita contacted me. Apparently, bulk orders were handled by Khushal bhai and individual orders were handled by another team. I was told that my order was misplaced several times due to Maharashtra elections and he personally assured me that my order would reach me. He also did send me the tracking ID the very same day. I thank him for his swift actions and also urged him to handle the staff and orders better. I will also attach the pictures of my order which I have received. Thank you.
