CashBean — loan repayment issue

Dear sir or madam,
My name is pavan dangeti
I am a part-time worker, in food delivery and bike taxi
I had taken a loan from cashbean (P c financial services private limited company), due to covid-19 lockdown i have returned back to my home and fallowing lockdown order's assign by our prime minister and our central minister, rbi issued a government order to easing the burden our reserve bank of india has permitted upto 3 month's of extension period to pay back loan's. I have clearly mentioned my problems to cashbean official email and asked some time until lockdown period is over after that i will pay my loan amount completely but i request them to stop adding of late payment charges they are charging daily 200 of late payment charges and makes phone calls contains harrasemet, no polite conversation, emotionally blackmailing and today they send me a court notice containing to arrest warrant i am completely dissatisfied with that company costumer care executives they are not listening to me they are trying to higher amount of loan amount from me. I don't have any chances to pay back my loans now due to lockdown in india i have no work, no money, and no banks were working on this time.
There is no more options to me to live, i got scared and mentally upsetting my mind because of their calls and harrasemet, i have clearly recorded each and every conversation occurred, and i didn't get any official notices and emails towards my request by me to cashbean officials to extend my loan period to pay back my loan amount without any penalty charges sir or madam i hope i can get any positive response from you soon
