I had close a loan with cashe for 3rd jan but my emi was scheduled so it got deducted on 6th jan. I received and email from cashe that excess amount paid is paid for cln719834, the amount is 13361. I got confirmation email from cashe on 8th jan that i will receive refund in 24-48 hrs. Now its been more than a month since this incident. I have followed [protected]@cashe.co.in multiple emails and also [protected]@cashe.co.in but they only say that refund related request in sent to concerned team. There is no direct contact and nobody is really bothered about this issue of customer money plus no support from cashe. I have reached out on their facebook and twiiter page but there as well i have received no help at all. Please help me in getting my refund asap.
