Hi
Made three hotel bookings from makemytrip.com after clicking through cashkaro.com in december 2016. Cashback of rs. Cashback for rs. 337.50 was tracked for each transaction. But now it is cancelled by cashkaro saying that retailer has not approved the same.
I even forwarded them the delivery confirmation email from retailer (Makemytrip hotels) along with screenshots of retailer's order history page in a separate email. But after second review also the cashback was not given and they are saying it was attributed through some other channel.
If cashback is successfully tracked by cashkaro.com for a particular transaction, then how can the retailer or cashkaro simply deny the cashback saying it was attributed through some other channel. The whole is not transparent.
They are coming up with an absolutely vague reasons for not paying the due cashback. Was this information helpful? |
