Updated by Shubham Pandey12 Don't try to be smart & don't tell lie I just tried 3 times to login with that email id. but the password u used to send me in email when I click forgot password.i entered 3 time & checked . I cannot do login. I Want this fraudster like cashkaro should be ban . I want strict legal action against them.

Please be informed that when an incorrect email or password is used multiple times for logging in, the IP address is blocked for 24 hours due to security reasons. Kindly follow these steps to change your IP address and then try logging in with the new email and password -
If you are using Wi-fi:
Switch off the Wi-Fi device(router), wait for 10 seconds, then switch it back on
If you are using a dongle, plug out the dongle, wait for 5 seconds then plug it back
If you are using Mobile Data:
Put your phone on flight mode: Switch back to regular mode after 10 seconds

The second screenshot also shows some of the attempts where we tried connecting with you but you kept dodging our calls. The third screenshot is from our user logs which shows that you were able to log in to your CashKaro account successfully.
We hope this proves that we are genuine and always up to help our customers. It is very discouraging when even after all these efforts, a user tries to take us down with false allegations.

Updated by Shubham Pandey12 cashkaro has resolved the issue but I was not able to do login in my account using my correct email id & correct password. I checked twice . everything is correct & they told me as security purpose u can not do login but I have try to done login but it was not successful. I have never seen such a website who after entering correct email & password say authentication failed ? r u serious?.This which they told me as security troubled me a lot . they have set password from their side & to do login then it was successful. the password I tried login which I received from email is not working after entering correct details.however my issue has been resolved & everytime I received the call & I updated them that I will call back soon & I am busy .dodging word used is not correct as I received call everytime phone rang . this is not correct to post my personal no to public portal consumer forum . this show how much you care about customers.allegations made is 100 % genuine as per my personal experience . issue has been resolved. Thankyou consumer complaints forum & cashkaro for solving concern .
