[Resolved] Cashkaro — Forcing me to redeem my rewards point to amazon vouchers

Cashkaro provides cashback, if you place any online order at listed website through cashkaro. For orders placed at amazon/flipkart, it provides reward point which can be redeemed as amazon/flipkart voucher or can be transferred to any wallet which is mentioned on its website. Just because of this information, i placed the order and got reward point at cashkaro. Now, i am trying to redeem my rewards to my wallet, but now they are forcing me to redeem the rewards to amazon vouchers. I contacted their customer support but no reply has been received. I posted the same on their fb wall, but no proper resolution.
