A lady tanya called me said iam from cashnet regarding personal loan, i send the documents she asked, the next day she said your loan is approved if you pay service charge amount taken as processing charge 1500rs i paid 1500rs online and wait for next day

Next day she said loan amount transfer faild by gst again fee for gst 2000rs after i have cancelled my loan aplication and refund my money confirmation by mail and she said your amount refunded to your account succesfully i have payment proof recording etc more than 10 days passed no response from them if i call them disconnecting my call always please help me to get my money, iam in need for money urgently
Please help to take legal action against them to save people's from the cheater's
