Inspite of repeated follow up and complaints, neither received the refund nor the product. it looks like a fake company..

This is with reference to my telecon of date on your helpline no. [protected], wherein you advised that my prepaid Order No.{c}57125 dated July 12, 2022 has been cancelled for non availability of the product. As advised I am raising the complaint for refund of the amount made through paytm of the amount deposited against my prepaid Order No.{c}57125 dated July 12, 2022(copy enclosed). As regards cancellation mail of 17/7/2022 as informed by you, it is hereby reiterated that no such message received and further the link forwarded by you on whats app is not opening because of security reasons, hence please treat this as a complaint for non receipt of payment and release the payment for the cancelled order at you end please.
An early action in the matter will be highly appreciated. With kind regards

Please refer my trail mails the resolution in the matter is still pending, please do the needful urgently failing which I will be compelled to report the matter to Consumer Court at your cost and risk.
