I am a resident of Block 16, 422, Lodhi Colony. We are facing a serious cat menace around our house. There are about 8-10 cats living/sprawling around our house day and night. This has led to heavy littering (pooping/###) activities in front of the house. Also, the cats cry all night and due to this, the sleep in our neighborhood is getting disturbed. We have a 3 year old kid and the cats are also a threat to the baby as there are frequent fights amongst them. We are now scared to take him out.
