Catwalk — I am complaining about my broken sandals, quality issue

I had purchased catwalk sandals from reliance trends footwear store, EDM MALL SECOND FLOOR on 8th October 2023. It was broked on 1 February due to quality issue which is non repairable. Please do something regard this as soon as possible.
