I have ordered a sandal from Amazon on 27.07.21 which got delivered by 31st July 2021 and i have attached the invoice for your reference within less than a month o[censored]se it got torn for which I place a request for refund or replacement to you on 18th Sep 2021 people but no response received from catwalk except that we will serve u better but now it's more than month to a mail but no action taken by catwalk really upsetting from brand like catwalk if I face the issue soo early nd after that also nothing from your side..The sandals are under warranty i[censored] not taking action than that also will expire.
Value my money and kindly provide the replacement or else refund
After 2 month they are repling contact amazon
and Amazon is saying contact Catwalk
Now whom shall i cobtact i dont know
Please help me out
