Hi,
This is with reference to a bad experience at your CP outlet yesterday.I visited your outlet yesterday and ordered for 2 regular cappuccinos. You staff Shubham at the counter asked for more addons to which i responded as Not Required. At last, he inquired about the liking of my taste to which i responded as abit strong but nowhere it was mentioned from both sides about the Extra shot. After placing the order and making the payment, i asked for the copy of the bill to which he answered that you will get on your table. Even at the time of order serving, i didn't got the copy of the bill. Upon asking i was provided the bill in which i noticed that i was charged extra with reference to Extra shot which was never discussed or opted for. This is ridiculous on behalf of such a brand that their staff have been trained in such a manner to cheat people who do not care to check their bill or ask a copy of their bill.
I can make out from the behaviour of your staff that he did this act to meet his target about which i care a DAMN !!!
Also, outlet was noisy because of your staff as they crack silly jokes amongst themselves, laugh and create nuisance for the customers. My experience wasn't worth the money i spent. I completely regret going there. Its wasnt the first time i visited CCD. I generally prefer CCD over Barista and Costa and visit your outlets and lounges often, but your CP outlet thats opposite Janpath Market is a big disaster. You must pay heed that CP is one of the posh location and outlets at such location needs to be handled properly with trained staffs.
My bill no is - 2194 dated 22/05/2017 @ 16:23:31 hours with order no 9...I am carrying the copy of the bill with me and will definitely spread word of mouth.
