Went through a weeks training on their in home kidney peritoneal dialysis, they shipped 2400 lbs off sugar water. Set up machine, machine did not work at all, numerous alarms, 3 different set ups and call customer service. Machine is defective. Said a new refurbished machine would be here at 8:00 pm. Got call from customer service, said fed ex center was closed till 6:00 pm and would not deliver till the next day. Fed ex has a dedicated medical delivery. So their is a problem with getting delivery as needed. Was not important enough to ensure delivery. Come to find out machine is refurbished, which is was so called cleaned after a dead person used it, it was not tested or approved for operation, the machine did not work period. For all i know the person who used it before died from a faulty machine. There are many problems with in house dialysis why is not a category for medical groups Was this information helpful? |
