I had purchased celkon diamond u (Imei slot 1- [protected],
Imei slot-2 - [protected]) on 10th july'17 from retailer yashraj mobiles in kamakshipalya. It was observed within 2 days that the mobile was getting switched off and sometimes getting restarted quite frequently while speaking or using the apps. Since i was on business tour i could not report and take up the matter immediately so on 23rd july i had handed over the handset to the dealer with complaint. The dealer had sent to the celkon service center and i was told that i will receive the handset before 27th july'17. After continuous followup i finally received the mobile on 17th aug'17 as i was told that there is a problem in the card and it would be replaced. Again i was told that it has been sent to hyderabad as the problem is critical. Now when i observed the apps are getting stopped intermittently, led flash is not working, the handset is hanging, volume of the speaker is very low. There are so many issues in the handset and also in the commitment from the the representatives from celkon. I would strongly warn the consumer not to use the brand as it does not deserve to be in market with such poor quality and services. Was this information helpful? |
